SIG in Clinical Chiropractic
The SIG in Clinical Chiropractic provides a think-tank, a discussion forum to investigate issues from clinical practice, which are usually not sufficiently addressed by the profession through the standard media, such as seminars and congresses. These include issues in clinical governance, technique, diagnostics and ethics. Master classes are held at the European annual convention, the first of which took place in Zurich in 2011: The X-Factor Chiropractic: Selection Criteria for Chiropractic Technique. The new format will provide an opportunity to challenge long-held ideas, and will encourage participant EAC members to be directly involved in the discussions. Eventually position papers will be generated, taking these issues to the profession at large.
